Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product. Information will be specified in each product description.
We strive to have all in-stock items shipped as quickly as possible. Certain products are made to order and will ship within 7-10 days. Once shipped you should expect your order to arrive in 2-7 days. Carrier tracking information will be provided once shipped.
Artwork is made to order; please allow 6-8 weeks for fulfillment and delivery. Rugs and lighting orders, subject to availability, are fulfilled within 1-2 weeks. Please allow an additional week for delivery.
Furniture items will be delivered third party by a delivery service provider who will bring the item into your home. We ask that you inspect your delivery upon its arrival, and provide a signature upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we'll gladly offer you a replacement, exchange or refund on any eligible merchandise. Returns are accepted for items in original condition within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.
We not accept returns or exchanges on furniture, art, rugs or gift cards. Clearance items ending in $0.99 are final sale.
All furniture, rug, art and lighting sales are final. Every item is carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt. Please note any damages at the time of delivery. If a defect is discovered, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return, please complete the form below to obtain a return authorization number and further instructions. Please ensure that the item is adequately packaged, and at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund.
